I finally got around to editing some video footage from our very first dinner at Bryan Voltaggio’s Volt in Frederick, Maryland.  There’s some footage of the “quiet assassin” himself, lots of food porn, and a sneak peak in the Volt kitchens.  Check it out below (oh–and please excuse the smudge on the camera).
